As we continue our commitment to support new voices and the impact of emerging media, we are proud to announce the addition of two new competitive award categories: | | Best XR for Change Experience | Recognizes the most engaging augmented, virtual, or mixed reality experiences that leverage these emerging media to achieve social impact goals. This category is irrespective of platform and not limited to 'games'. | | Recognizes social impact games created by college-level students that demonstrate innovative and unique design, compelling and polished gameplay, and an overall artistic vision that successfully integrates social impact objectives that have real-world impact. | | These two new awards join our existing G4C Award categories: Game of the Year, Best Gameplay, Most Innovative, Most Significant Impact, Best Learning Game, and the People's Choice Award. | | Have an idea for a Festival session?
