As Chief Engagement Officer, Michael Strautmanis oversees community affairs and strategic partnerships for The Obama Foundation. Mike spent over a decade in Washington D.C. advocating equity and inclusion in the White House, federal agencies, and Congress. After President Obama's first term, he joined the Walt Disney Company, where he led an enterprise-wide initiative to focus and deepen the impact of Disney's corporate social responsibility programs. Leslie Pirritano has worked in the games and VR industry for nearly 20 years. Working as "Your Best Friend" at NVIDIA and now AMD, she has helped AAA game developers and publishers on hit titles like Batman: Arkham Origins, Far Cry 4, and Star Craft II. She actively works to promote diversity within the gaming and VR communities and specializes in developer relations. Esports is having a major influence in our culture beyond games.
