2021 was a difficult year for us all, and as this year comes to a close, we would like to thank everyone in the G4C community for their ongoing support.
Despite all the challenges, our work at G4C continues to grow, and we were fortunate to be able to expand the team with the addition of 5 new employees (can you spot them? 👀).
We are excited and hopeful for what 2022 has to bring. Here are a few things to look forward to - Speaker and Award submissions for the in-person and virtual 2022 Games for Change Festival will open on January 10th. Our seventh annual Student Challenge Competition (for middle and high school students) will open its portal for game submissions in February. Our G4C Africa Festival will launch in early Spring, and we are working hard to bring social impact games and immersive media to more people across the world through more events, workshops, and other programming.
We hope you have a wonderful, relaxing holiday, and we'll see you next year!
