The 2020 Games for Change Virtual Festival will provide an intimate space for genuine engagement with our global community to make personal connections. Below are some examples of how you'll be able to do that!
Detailed Attendee Directory- Throughout the Festival you will be able to communicate with participants whenever you'd like! Through a detailed attendee directory you can start one-on-one conversations and video chats with other attendees to discuss talks, panels, and exchange information, and more.
Speed Networking- G4C Speed Networking is back! Sign up and you will be paired with another participant for a 5 minute introduction. Make new industry connections all over the world!
IGDA Mentor Café*- We are thrilled to once again have the IGDA Mentor Café at #G4C2020. Held at game industry events around the world, IGDA Mentor Cafés are designed to provide bursts of meaningful learning, and each one is as unique as its participants. Open to anyone in the game development community seeking mentorship regardless of years of experience, topics range from advancing your career, indie studio start-up, diversity initiatives, and much more. Mentor Café sessions will take place each day of the Festival from 2:30-4:00 EDT. Apply to be a mentor or menteeby July 2nd!
Meet The Funder Sessions*- This year we are excited to offer more opportunities to connect with funders than ever before! Funders come from both the public and private sectors, and will be having intimate 30-minute group discussions about their programs and funding priorities. Get your questions answered by active funders who are helping hundreds of creators bring their social impact games and immersive experiences to life.

We are still accepting submissions for the 2020Games for Change Virtual Marketplace, a virtual B2B expo that invites companies, game studios, and organizations to share their work with a global audience. Virtual booths offer interactive engagement with attendees through live or pre-recorded demos, presentation and video chats. Spots are filling up quickly, so be sure to apply now!
