THE BATTLE OF RAVENSWOOD - LIVE FROM 2PM (UK TIME) ON SATURDAY!

We're less than 24 hours away from Ronnie's Big Kings of War Battle! This is the project he has been building up to since lockdown began. Forget DIY, forget learning a new language, forget going out for long walks with the family... for Ronnie's it's all been about making his epic 10ft x 4ft Kings of War table.

Now the moment of truth is almost here! Ronnie's brave dwarfs, along with Duncan's Northern Alliance allies will face off against Rob's cunning goblins and Martin's dastardly Abyssal Dwarfs. There can only be one winner! And can you can watch live starting from 2pm tomorrow (Saturday).
In fact, Ronnie's been so excited about this big battle, he's even got Matt Gilbert to write a special background for the clash, which you can read here. This fight is going to shape the fate of the Halpi Mountains.

NEW HEROES FOR KINGS OF WAR!

With all this Kings of War action, we've seen plenty of interest from the community about expanding their armies. Since Vanguard was released in 2018, we've seen numerous requests from Kings of War players to be able to buy some of the individual resins from the Vanguard starters and boosters.

Well, great news! We've now added these awesome resin heroes and monsters to the Mantic website. This means you can now easily get multiple Mind-screeches or Ice Queens! Take a look at all the options below.

Warlocks are blessed by the Wicked Ones but their caress is not kind. They're filled with dark magic but their sanity is broken, forcing them to be carried into battle while they cackle and chant bizarre incantations.

Despoilers are the fused remains of those demons who drawn the ire of the Archfiends. Their torment is unleashed upon the battlefield in bloody and furious combat.

Seductresses are the matriarchs of succubi covens. They oversee the eternal torture and delicious pain of the most prized captives in the Abyss.

Armour is of little use against the probing and invasive attacks of the insidious and devious monstrosity known as a Mind-screech.

Flitting in and out of reality, the Shade appears as a phantom on the battlefield feeding on the fear of mortal foes before moving in for the kill.
Created by only the most adept Iron-Casters, the Charnox is a terrifying construction of broiling magma and arcane sorcery. Armed with a Magma Cannon, it often joins the ranks of the golems to offer some devastating fire support.
Small, insectoid constructs, bound to runes of hatred and spite, the Hexcasters manipulate the flow of fortune and magic to bring ill omens and bad luck to their masters' foes.
Serving under the chiefs and lords are the Thegns. These powerful and imposing warriors command deep respect from friends and foe alike.
In times of war, the mages use their powers to freeze enemies, summon great blizzards, or awaken the ice elementals.
Each abbess is obeyed with unquestioning loyalty, for any who see the abbess fight on the battlefield, or in training, can see their unwavering dedication to the Shining Ones.

A necromancer is an individual for whom all scruples and morals are but a distant memory. They become withered, bitter creatures, having lived for too long and lost anything that could be considered a life.

NOTE - could also make a very nice Salamander Mage-Priest!

Stinggits are lone operators that earn a lucrative wage as assassins for hire – something that certainly comes in handy for any aspiring Biggit or king.
